01The fund
What the fund is
Allows supporters of TSP and the People’s Charter Movement to contribute funds directly toward legal costs and the national campaign demanding a referendum for a codified constitution.
Separate from membership
A donation does not make you an Inner Circle member and does not give access to the members’ essays or community. The Inner Circle is a separate £5 / Month subscription.

05Questions
Donation questions
Is my donation a membership?
No. A donation to the People’s Charter Movement Fund stands on its own. It does not create an Inner Circle membership, it does not give access to the members’ essays or the community, and the Inner Circle never requires a donation. Membership is a separate £5 / Month subscription.
Compare the ways to take partCan I choose my own amount?
Yes. You can pick one of the preset amounts (£5, £10, £20 or £50) or choose “Other amount” and enter any amount in pounds and pence.
Is my donation charitable or tax-deductible?
No. TSP has not confirmed any charitable status, so donations should not be treated as charitable donations or as tax-deductible. Do not assume that Gift Aid or any other tax relief applies.
Will I get a receipt?
Yes, once donations are open. A receipt is sent by email, from the payment provider or from TSP, after the payment provider has confirmed your payment. If you have a member account, it will also be listed there.
Can I donate monthly?
Not at the moment. Only one-off donations are planned. A monthly option would be offered only once its terms have been confirmed and published.
When will donations open?
No date has been announced. Donations open only once the checks on this page are complete. Until then the donate button stays inactive and no payment can be taken.
